Anthem

In terms of a newer neighborhood, Anthem is located to the south of Westgate and on the southwest corner of the city of Henderson, away from much of the hustle and bustle of city life. While there is strong employment and a booming housing market to go along with one of the lowest crime rates in the entire Las Vegas metro area, Anthem is far away from a number of amenities. The main draw of Anthem is its seclusion as well as a young, developing area for residences. The main drawback is that it is far away from many amenities and attractions to the area. On the other hand, it does provide a convenient backdoor route to I-15 South toward southern California.
