We have walking and biking trails and parks walking distance from the house. There is the arena where we can watch minor league hockey or arena league football we can walk to as well. The schools are rated reall ...Read More y high which is one of the reasons we moved to the area since we have kids . There are great restaurants walking distance away and also Whole Foods. There is a lot of shopping close by and we are not far from the freeways, strip, airport , hospitals, ect but far enough away to enjoy suburban life. I am Realtor in the area and know locations and have been in Las Vegas over 35 years.
