ls 15 minutes away. Boulder City is very close with a small town feel. Lake Las Vegas 15 minutes. Lots of gas stations near by. EOS fitness and LVAC gym are decent distance. Grocery stores are close. No nightlife in this area. There is a small downtown area on Water St. Overall I'm very happy with my quality of life here:) Nature 10/10! Nightlife 0/10 ( small bars, drive to strip is 25 minutes or so ) Dining 4/10. There is a large Walmart in the are that is great.
