After my work transferred me to the Edison location, I knew I needed to find a home somewhere in New Jersey away for the congestion. To my surprise, Somerville was only a few towns over and had everything I was looking for. Living in Somerville is more peaceful than neighboring cities, and I love all the new friends I have made on my block.
The best areas in Somerville are the independent restaurants. No wonder so many famous people born in New Jersey come back, the food is incredible. I found the best pizza parlor down the street and a little Italian restaurant that serves the best meatballs on the planet. If I want fine dining, we have it here or I take the bridges into Manhattan in less than thirty minutes.
We have the best beaches down the New Jersey Parkway in Long Branch, Point Pleasant, and Seaside. Each one of these beach communities also have their own unique nightclubs that make them extremely popular.
