nd, a lot has changed over the years.
Where once I would jump at recommending this humble, and friendly place, now the streets are littered with drugs. We were recently rated one of the most dangerous city’s in America at night because if the opioid crisis. Rochester regrettably is a mirror of the rest of the state.
During the day though, it’s a really nice city. I often take bike rides to clear my head, and the schools have always been pretty decent. Stores are pretty close by, I often chose to walk rather than drive. The crisis taking over the city though is the only reason I would not recommend. At least until the issue gets cleared up.
