Because of its proximity to Denver and its various suburbs, residents of Cherry Creek enjoy plentiful job opportunities in the telecommunications, technology, tourism, and energy industries, just to name a few.

The best area in Cherry Creek is the Cherry Creek Shopping Center and Cherry Creek North. Together, these two districts provide both an indoor shopping mall and an outdoor area boasting an eclectic mix of some of the state's best shopping, entertainment, and dining opportunities. Cherry Creek is also known for its vibrant arts scene, most notably the 15 galleries scattered throughout Cherry Creek North. Held every July, the venerable Cherry Creek Arts Festival attracts a variety of performing arts presentations, visual exhibitions, and culinary delights. Read Less
