Area Vibes has the wrong crime stats for this area

This is actually a very safe and family friendly community. Area Vibes isn't always accurate when it comes to their crime statistics. You can verify on city data, neighborhood scout, and relocation essentials (zip code 95829). It's well below the state and national average for any crime, property or violent. Elk Grove School District (one of the best districts in the state). 20-25 min drive to downtown Sacramento either going 99 or Hwy 50. Shops, restaurants, and gas stations all within 5 min drive away. Folsom 15 min away, Old Elk Grove 5 min, Rancho Cordova 10min, Arden 10min. You're far enough away to feel out of town but close enough to everything to get to the action in no time. Nice walking and biking trails. Parks all around with basketball hoops and tennis courts. Vast array of gyms as well. It's also great for investing because this area is blowing up like the Laguna area of Elk Grove did in the late 90s. In 1998, Laguna exploded with shopping malls and houses and a $150,000 house back then is now valued at $350,000. This is currently happening to this area as we speak. The $270,000 house I bought here 1.5 years ago is now valued at $300,000 and is only going up as the area continues to expand. NOW is the best time to get in!
