Upper St. Clair Pittsburgh: A Welcoming Community 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 16, 2018) I experienced a great time while living in Upper St. Clair Pittsburgh. The city is a part of the Allegheny County Pennsylvania township. Upper St. Clair is 10 miles away from Pittsburgh. The school district here has phenomenal ratings. Employment opportunities are available on a ...Read More mass scale. Housing districts are above par here. There are plenty of homes for sale and rent, and lots of affluent districts. The area is upscale, so the cost of living here is very expensive. The weather is good for the northern hemisphere and the community is always well prepared for any unique weather situations.

Some of the best areas in Upper St Clair Pittsburgh surround the St. Clair Country Club, which is one of the more fashionable areas of town. It offers plenty dining, shopping, and other family amenities nearby. Neighbors are extremely welcoming and open to newcomers. The town is very sociable with strong community values. This is a great place to anchor a family. The city offers dynamic culture along beautiful sightseeing opportunities. Read Less
