y affordable place to live as the average home price is around $120,000.
I think anyone planning on living in Sunnyside should know that there really isn't a lot to see and do in Sunnyside. It is a very quiet community and really the only main shopping place is the local Walmart. In order to do things like catch a movie or other entertainment it requires a drive to Yakima which is about 40 minutes away.
