Sun Valley is positioned right in the middle of the desert, which, in my opinion isn't ideal. It seemed like I was constantly battling the dirt. The dirt is really dry, so when the wind picks up, it easily carries the dirt and it lands everywhere you don't want it to.

I say, however, that if the above-mentioned things don't bother you, you will find more bang for your buck in Sun Valley when it comes to the price of homes. You are able to get a bigger home, with more land, and still be close to the city, easily getting into Reno within fifteen minutes. Read Less
