There are not many amenities and living in Sun Lakes, AZ does not provide you with many attractions. You can visit the Circle K coffee shop or Mulligan’s restaurant. You can also visit the parks in the area that include Snedigar East Park and Blue Heron Park.
The crime rate is low, and it is safer than many cities in the United States. Most of the residents are seasonal and are from out of state. The city is comprised of English speakers with less than 1% speaking Spanish. I would not recommend moving here if you are a single person because the town consists of many married couples with young children.
