I have lived in St. Peters, MO for most of my childhood. I still go back there a couple times a year to visit my family. It has been voted one of the best places to raise a family and with good reason. The cost of living is far less expensive here than in other areas of the count ...Read More
ry. It is a rather small town, with only 50,000 people calling it home, but it is still large enough to have plenty of things to do.
The City Center Trail is one of the most peaceful places in the city. For those who enjoy a brisk walk through the woods, it is the perfect spot to exercise and enjoy all that Mother Nature has to offer. St Peter's Cultural Art Centre is perfect for watching Broadway style productions, without paying the large ticket prices of other theaters. There have been some amazing shows in this location, including the latest Beethoven.
I went to school in St. Peters from grade 3 until I graduated. While no school system is without its problems, I never dreaded going to school and had amazing teachers. In the summertime, the temperatures heat up, so do the three city pools. There is always plenty of activities to do around the city from the twenty parks to the cultural events, one should never be bored.
Restaurants, movie theaters and so much more is what St. Peters, MO is. When you're ready to settle down in the evenings for a quiet meal and family time, it is the perfect town to call home. It is a great place to raise children and to live. Buying a home in the area won't cost an arm and a leg and there will be enough free activities to keep the family busy.
