It’s the most diverse area in Seattle. It has a great mix of architecture. There are historical buildings/apartments, bungalows, duplex’s, parks, stores, etc. I am from DC and it reminds me of DC. Every building or house looks so different from each other. It’s also has one of the most diverse populations in the Seattle area. The crime is kind of bad being by downtown Seattle. The issue is the homeless people like every Seattle neighborhood. It’s best just to lock your doors and keep valuables out of sight. You can also just get an apartment with a garage if you’re extra paranoid.

It’s a nice blend of all sorts of architecture, historical buildings, bungalows, apartments, stores, parks, and so on. I am from DC and it reminds me of DC. It has one of the most diverse populations compared to other neighborhoods. There is some crime being that it’s close to downtown with homeless people strolling through but it’s best just to lock your car and leave valuables out of sight. If you’re extra paranoid about crime, it’s best to get an apartment and one that has a garage for your car
