A Peaceful City to Call Home

I just purchased a home in this area and I have to say it is the perfect time to buy or rent a home since the value of homes has risen to about 4.9% within the last twelve months. I have settled in now for about five months and I realize the home was certainly worth the buy. The area offers diversity and has a suburban feel to it. The winter was not that bad, it does get cold and there is mild snowfall. However, I have seen and experienced worse weather, so I have no complaints here. I have not spent a summer here yet, but my neighbors have been telling me the summer weather is beautiful here. I am totally anticipating the summer to invite my family over for barbecues and picnic outings. The only disadvantage is the job market has decreased about 1% over the past year. This suits me for the field of work I do as an author. Furthermore, there are still many jobs available I recommend if you plan to move here, be sure to have the job lined up before moving to Vermont. On the upside, there is a variety of things to do which makes up for the disadvantage; one will embrace the endless attractions and amenities in the city. Overall, I love living here, Vermont most peaceful city I have lived by far.
