y say it is not but it is. I read in a wbsite but now three deleted the website. If you have kids please do not move here. Women teachers of one school all have breast cancer. Lots of Mormens live there with seven kids each family. No place to shop and eat. Every now and then they stop people to make sure they are not contaminated with nuclear stuff. It's a lonely town with nothing to do. People are asleep at seven p.m. Just boring and quiet. Don't move there even for job.

been dying to leave for years. Crime rate is seeming to go up, as we've just had 3 different stand offs with police and some idiot criminals which resulted in the loss of 2 criminals from death and 1 is refusing to go in front of a judge. Mind you, our crime might be little compared to other cities, but its getting to be bad. Oh, those three different stand offs, all last week.
I giggle when it says Richland is pretty high on the livability scale.
