I weather is the best thing I like about it. The transportation system is great, buses run all the time and being in a wheelchair this is really good. You're right close to the strip, so there is entertainment all the time. This year I was glad to see that the economy is picking back up, last year it was almost dead with no construction going on. We were out until 6:00 am and I was surprised at the people that were still out parting and having a good time on the strip. We went to the Linq and rode the High Roller and that was great.

I still remember my first trip to Paradise, Nevada many years ago. My husband was so surprised to learn that I had never been to Paradise. He immediately began searching for hotel accommodations and a plane tickets. I love the stories of historical Egypt so his natural selection for hotels was the Luxor.

We landed at McCarran International Airport and took a limousine ride down the strip which is know as the Las Vegas strip but in actuality is in the city of Paradise. I did not know that most of the Vegas strip with all the hotels was in fact in Paradise rather than in the city of Las Vegas. I found this out when talking to some of the locals-I like to meet people.

The shopping at Caesar's Form shops is fabulous with tons of high end shopping such as Fendi, Ferragamo and Burberry to name a few. Most of the larger hotels are in Paradise rather than Las Vegas.

The city of Paradise, NV is also located withing walking disctance to the University Of Nevada. It is also located to the West of McCarren International Airport. Paradise allows visitors and tourists to enjoy all the benefits of Las Vegas and they are located right beside each other.
