North Tustin the Land of a Foodie

North Tustin has become very expensive to live especially the rising taxes. We have a lot to offer, but most businesses in the area raise their prices because we are considered an upscale suburb. I work in Los Angeles which is not that far, but the prices are a lot cheaper.

The schools are awesome! I guess my tax money is going towards something that is making a positive impact in the community. We have several schools to choose from but the public schools are very good. Living in North Tustin provides a lot of perks including access to the highway. We are not that far from the beach and Disneyland which is about 15 minutes away.

We have a lot of restaurant options in the area. Some of my favorite restaurants are Roma D Italia, Zov's Bistro and Lucille's Smokehouse BBQ. I consider myself a foodie, so I try a new restaurant every week and Tustin accommodates that hobby very well.
