The best areas in New River, AZ is Cave Creek Regional Park, the Pioneer Living History Museum and Liberty Bell Park. This city has its share of parks and nature preserves as well as museums and sites to visit; however, there are not many amenities. I do not believe this is a thriving city, and the cost of living is high.
The crime rate is low, and the neighborhoods are kept clean. The education system is average, and many students earn a bachelor’s degree. The cost for a home in this city is more than other areas in the state. The weather is extremely hot, and the temperature does not go below 53 degrees on average in the winter.
Many of the homes are well built, and the city attracts many out of state residents. English is the main language and Spanish is rarely spoken. There are not many single people in this city and most residents are married with children.
