Geographically the Moorings is located on the beach. User Rating 5 rating By Agnes Tabor, REALTOR ( Oct 21, 2012) The Moorings, like Park Shore, offers its owners a private beach club membership. Geographically the Moorings is located on the Beach, just North of OldNaples and West of Tamiami Trail N (US 41); part of the beach corridor.

The Moorings offers a mix of properties including singl ...Read More e family homes, attached villa/town houses and condos. Some properties in this community have boating access to Moorings Bay. A bay view is very pleasing, relax on your lanai o pool deck and watch the fish jump along with the Dolphin and Manatee cruising down the bay. Of course if you are on the beach side you can experience our beautiful sunsets and the wash of the Gulf waters onto the sand. There are no single family homes on the Boulevard rather you will find them across the Moorings Bay. Of course you can look across the bay to the condos or the single family homes from your condo lanai.

The Moorings is a quiet area with a grassy median which slows the traffic and offers great bilking.

Newest construction on the Boulevard would be attached villa/townhouses with private pool and boat docks.
