I love living in Mukilteo, Washington because of its unmatched beauty and proximity to the bustling metropolitan area of Seattle. The area boasts a strong local economy because of its close location t ...Read More o the burgeoning technology industry in Seattle, as well as its relation to Boeing and Paine Field.

The best areas in Mukilteo are down by the waterfront. Nestled along the shores of Puget Sound, Mukilteo is known for its scenic rocky beach, perfect for flying kites and spotting interesting sea life such as otters, crabs, and even the occasional whale sighting. The area is an ideal place to raise children because of a plethora of family-friendly activities, including the Traxx Indoor Raceway, the historic Mukilteo Lighthouse, and the Mukilteo ferry offering service to nearby Whidbey Island. I think it is especially fun to live in Mukilteo in the warmer months because of its waterside location and moderate climate. Read Less
