The Most Perfect Place In The US? At a Price... 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 28, 2018) Living in Lansdowne, VA is expensive but for right reason. Living in Lansdowne will cost you almost 40% more than any other place in VA. But, I’m not kidding when I say everything here is literally perfect or close to it. If your household is receiving multiple incomes whether ...Read More it’s your spouse, or a few roommates then I promise you’re gold. If you can afford to live here and figure it out, I highly recommend that you do.

Amenities are fantastic. I love when my friends and family come to visit because there’s always something new to do or a place, restaurant, or coffee shop we didn’t go to the last time they visited. Crime rate is extremely low and living in a peaceful town is priceless, in my personal opinion. The education in our area is great and will offer ample opportunity to young children if you plan on raising your family here. Employment is also great. Unemployment basically doesn’t exist here. Housing is also fantastic and the only thing that’s just more than average is the weather. Read Less
