I moved to Lacey, WA about three years ago from the busy city of Atlantic City, NJ. I made the move because of a job, but once I arrived in the city, I started to rethink that decision. This is a small town with very few large companies to work for with mine being one of the prominent ones in the area. While there aren't many businesses, the people who live here are very friendly. They are caring and take pride in the town. I can walk down the sidewalk and see people mowing their lawns or beautifying flower beds. The store owners in the town make sure the windows, doors and buildings are in the best condition possible.
There aren't many attractions in Lacey, so I often have to travel to Seattle if I want to do anything that is remotely fun. However, there is one place that is ideal for families with young children. Charlie's Safari has several inflatables, including a slide and a bounce house. These are located inside. The one thing that I don't like is that there needs to be more people working to make sure the kids are safe. Jumping Jacks Family Fun Center is another place to go that is in a little better condition and reminds me of Chuck E. Cheese. It's great for birthday parties, and the games are often updated so that you aren't playing the same things when you enter. I have noticed that the town does have a few wineries and places to get a glass of beer. This isn't something that I'm accustomed to, but after trying a beverage or two, this is something that the town is good at doing.

Social services availabilityFor health reasons my wife and I must relocate from Reno, NV. recent health afflictions have made living at a 4,000 plus elevation impossible to maintain. What is the elevation of Lacey and what are the area hospitals?
