Klamath Falls is a perfect place to live for a nature lover and adventurer like me. It's sunny, we have the beautiful Klamath Lake, and there are beautiful parks. Moore Park is full of trails which have been nicely landscaped and designated for different levels of athletic ability. I am one of many here who enjoy mountain biking, cross-country skiing, bird watching, and canoeing. The weather is perfect most of the time here, too. Mountain Lakes Wilderness Area is popular among people who like to go fishing. The lakes are clean and gorgeous. You can gaze at the mountains that are clearly reflected in them. Not too far outside Klamath Falls are the famous Crater Lake National Park and Lava Beds National Monument. I grew up in a family that earned a good living with businesses related to tourism. However, the average person would probably have a hard time finding work here. There are often high unemployment rates. Many of the jobs that are available are for seasonal workers and other laborers.
