I have lived in Hannibal, Missouri for all my life and cannot even imagine to think of living anywhere else! I love it here! It's located right on the Mississippi River, has all four seasons and is the hometown of the great author Samuel Clemens AKA "Mark Twain"!
There are a lot of things to do here in Hannibal, like the Haunted Hannibal Ghost Tours, the Mark Twain Museum and Boyhood Home, the Wax Museum and the Big River Train Town that has all kinds of train memorabilia!
There's even a light house too that sits up on the top of a cliff overlooking the Mississippi to help guide the ships through the night! There are steamboat tours up and down the river that are a fun attraction as well!
Business is booming and there are all kinds of jobs here in Hannibal no matter what industry you are looking for. The school district is great, people are friendly, and Hannibal just oozes all kinds of good old American charm.
That's part of the reason I love it here and am proud to call it my home!
