Florence-Graham, CA - Average At Best User Rating 3 rating By Anonymous ( Aug 11, 2010) My stay in Florence-Graham, California was an average stay at best. The city of Florence-Graham is located in Los Angeles County, in close proximity with all the entertainment and nightlife of Los Angeles. In fact, it's only about 10 miles away. Getting some bike riding done or l ...Read More etting my kids run wild in the open space, the parks in Florence-Graham were spacious and offered a lot of activities to participate in. The Mary M. Bethune Park on 1244 East 61st Street is great for kids and adults offering swimming pools, playground, a recreation center, baseball field, and a gymnasium.

Shopping in Florence-Graham is non existent. The city doesn't have that many shopping areas or plazas due to the fact that its located in Los Angeles County. The idea is to go to Los Angeles to get your shopping done since they are adjacent to each other. Restaurants in Florence-Graham are pretty standard and limited. I did most of my eating at KFC and Mcdonalds. It got pretty repetitive and started to bore my taste buds. Nightlife in Florence-Graham was okay at best. Mr. V's Bar and Grill was my choice to spend my nights at. This bar was cozy, offered smooth drinks, and the atmosphere wasn't to over-the-top, but at the same time it wasn't too calm. All in all, Florence-Graham was an average vacationing destination. I've had better times. Read Less
