Elk River is located on the banks of both the Elk River and the Mississippi River, as the two rivers come together. The town is a haven for those who love outdoor activities such as fishing, hunting, and hiking. There are 44 parks in and around Elk River to include the Woodland Trails Park, Lions Park, and Hillside City Park. These parks are well manicured and the city puts quite a bit of money into them to ensure families can enjoy them year round.

Elk River is a great place to raise a family and the art scene is vibrant. With its close proximity to great shopping in Minneapolis, to include the Mall of America, this town really has the best of both worlds. Read Less
