The overall experiences that I have had while living in Decatur, Georgia have overall been positive. Being that it is a suburb of Atlanta, you have tons of opportunities for things to do close by. You are also close to major airports should you find yourself in need of air travel.

The best areas of Decatur, Georgia are areas located in the food scene. In 2012, Decatur was named one of the “Tastiest Towns” in the U.S. Known for its restaurants like Brick Store Pub and The Pinewood Tipping Room, food lovers from all across Georgia will come to Decatur to get some yummy food.

Decatur overall can be considered to be a small town inside of a big city. You will find something to do year-round here and there is always something to do for everyone in your family.
