The best areas of Decatur, Georgia are areas located in the food scene. In 2012, Decatur was named one of the “Tastiest Towns” in the U.S. Known for its restaurants like Brick Store Pub and The Pinewood Tipping Room, food lovers from all across Georgia will come to Decatur to get some yummy food.
Decatur overall can be considered to be a small town inside of a big city. You will find something to do year-round here and there is always something to do for everyone in your family. From a visit to the farmers market to walking and biking down the numerous trails that can be found, Decatur is a great place to live if you need to be close to the hub of Atlanta.
