I have lived in Coconut Creek, Florida for the past 10 years and have witnessed its transformation from a typical big-city suburb to having its own big-city feel, while still keeping its small-town flavor. A charming, beautiful and friendly city, Coconut Creek is an extremely close-knit and community-oriented city, making it a wonderful place to raise a family. We have 10 primary and secondary schools in Coconut Creek, with one of the best being Atlantic Technical High School and College, which has a rating of 10 out of 10. The City of Coconut Creek encourages citizen involvement and sponsors varied activities and events throughout the year.

Clean and very well-kept, Coconut Creek focus on native landscaping and promotes a "green" platform, making the area one of the most beautiful places in all of South Florida to live. Our eco-friendly natural habitat attracts thousands of butterflies, so many that Coconut Creek is known as the "Butterfly Capital of the World" The city holds an annual "Butterfly Festival" each year and "Butterfly World" is one of the primer attractions of the area. We have amazing parks that enhance the city's layout with well-landscaped and peaceful trails for walking and biking.

As a suburb of the greater Fort-Lauderdale area, Coconut Creek is in the middle of everything there is to do in South Florida. The Coconut Creek Casino is on par with the Hard Rock Seminole Casino with plenty of table games, slot machines and dinning choices. We are just a few minutes' drive from the coast's beautiful sun-drenched white-sand beaches and the attractions, activities and shopping of Fort Lauderdale, Miami and West Palm Beach, such as world-class dinning, professional sporting events and boutique shops. In short, overall, Coconut Creek is just an amazing place to live.
