The bus transit station is filthy and full of loud-mouthed, rude kids, many of whom ask you for money and try to intimidate you when you say no. There is a nice bike and walking trail system. There are some good people here, even some of the youth are polite and friendly. But overall it's run-down and sad, with folks who have no idea how to be good neighbors. Read Less
