The best thing about Belvedere Park is my neighborhood and neighbors. They are very friendly and we usually work together to make our neighborhood look presentable. It is not unusual for my neighbor to offer to cut my grass in the summer. Living in Belvedere comes with pros and cons. The city is a little run down and can afford to be developed. Some of the schools are lacking, but we do have a few private school options here. The unemployment rate is a little high because there are not that many high paying jobs in this area. You have to be willing to travel to get a decent paying job.

The homes are reasonably priced as I got a steal when I moved here. I'm interested in buying investment property so this is a good area for that as there are many foreclosures and homes that need to be repaired or remodeled. Overall, there is a lot of room for development in my city.
