ons. The city is a little run down and can afford to be developed. Some of the schools are lacking, but we do have a few private school options here. The unemployment rate is a little high because there are not that many high paying jobs in this area. You have to be willing to travel to get a decent paying job.
The homes are reasonably priced as I got a steal when I moved here. I'm interested in buying investment property so this is a good area for that as there are many foreclosures and homes that need to be repaired or remodeled. Overall, there is a lot of room for development in my city.
