The city has an excellent and myriad of opportunities to work. Unemployment is very low. The income per capita of the city is a good pointer if you are looking for a job. Due to the city's location, you are guaranteed to enjoy the world-class outdoor adventure all year round with destinations like the Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks.
Ammon City is generally good and suitable place for people of all ages. Children can have a great time at the Idaho Zoo at Tautphaus Park. Families can bike on the river walk that covers 6-mile ion both sides of the Snake River.
