Ever since spainish people moved into Allentown pa,,,,the crime rate increased.Im white.I have had these people insult me with profanity while I was walking alone.A spainish women gave me an extremely angry look and spat on the ground.Other Hispanics also spat on the ground as I had walk near or passed them.
