God help this city

Having lived in san fran my whole life, I can confidently tell you that it is a mess. There are seriously so many homeless it is ridiculous. wanna see a bunch of gay men walk around naked? well come on down to san Francisco. Its almost always foggy and cold. The beaches here are worthless because every time I go, i need a sweatshirt just in case the weather pulls a 180 and it starts to rain. the prices here are ridiculous too. when i went to Portland Oregon for a summer, i was in shock as to how inexpensive everything was. Food cost almost nothing, clothes were cheaper than dirt, and the apartment i was renting was really cheap for what I was getting. San Francisco is also nice if you want to hear a bunch of obnoxious millennial morons bitch and complain. really its also a great place to live with the constant crime. Granted there are parts of San Francisco that are nice. But this excludes downtown, west portal, the Haight, the Presidio, china town, Japan town, etc. all of these places are like the tenderloin with all of the druggies and crazy people roaming the streets. you will see rows of tents pitched on the sidewalk as you get a bite to eat at a cafe. Another fun tip, if you have trash cans that you leave out, get ready for all of the homeless to raid your garbage and throw it all over the street. Its really nice waking up after you trash has been collected to find a note from the garbage man telling you that you have been fined for not properly storing your trash. a buddy of mine had a motorcycle that he parked on the street and put a bike lock through the wheel. (If you know where sacred heart cathedral hs is that's where it was parked.) the next morning when he went to go get his bike, it was gone. the only thing left was the wheel with the bike lock, that's the kind of city San Francisco is.

San Francisco Neighborhoods I am trying to move to San Francisco and can not determine what are the nicest areas to live in? I am transferring to a Wells Fargo Bank and would like to pick a location near whatever neighborhood I'm going to live in, I would preferably like to live somewhere with a bay view and not in any ghetto areas.
