Woodridge: Chicago's Little Cousin

I really like living in Woodridge. It's an enjoyable city, not too far from Chicago, and has everything I need. Woodridge is a little more expensive than other towns in the area but it's reasonable in my opinion. There are a couple major shopping spots on opposite sides of the city so it doesn't feel like you have to go far to do your shopping. There are also a bunch of good restaurants and cafes to choose from.

Finding a job when I first moved here wasn't too hard, and it seems that on average, most jobs in the city pay reasonably well. When it comes to higher education, you may be better off closer to Chicago though. The Waterfall Glen Forest Reserve is, in my opinion, the best area in Woodridge. I've always been a nature buff and it's just a simply beautiful place to visit. If you enjoy being outdoors or having an active life, Woodridge may suit you well.
