Louisiana is somewhat of an attraction within itself, one will embrace the shopping centers, public schools, theme parks, aquariums, restaurants and movie theatres. Furthermore, residents such as myself usually find a host of arts, culture, entertainment, music, food, history and architecture right within the downtown area where there are multiple festivals held.
