You're From Winthrop Town if You Know About Broad Sound User Rating 3.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 10, 2018) Living in Wintrop Town was some of the best years of my life before I moved not long ago. I loved the water, and living right next to it along Sewall Avenue made me realize how beautiful it is to wake up to it everyday. The Bayswater Street Park is a good place to go for a quick early morning jog, or if you have pets you can go for an early morning run with your little one. I know of many who sail Broad Sound, and to this day I've lost count to the fishermen and their tales.

Some of the best areas for nature and exercise would be along Verterans Road, and due to the close proximity to Lewis Lake as well as the open water, fishing is a preference for most. Housing is fair and education is outstanding in terms or competitive scores. I know I do feel safe, but sometimes I watch the news and thank goodness I'm not living in Boston! Read Less
