Living in Walnut Park, California gives me convenience to quickly get to Los Angeles, while giving me a community that is a bit quieter. The population here in Walnut Park is a little more than 15,000 people. Unfortunately, it is not cheap to live here, as the average home cost 330,000 to purchase.

While I have not been the victim of a crime, since we are located close to the bigger city, crime can be a problem. As long as you stay alert, you can keep yourself safe. The good part is that a lot of times you will see neighbors helping each other out here.

The best areas in Walnut Park, California are the small parks. These areas are actually clean and seem safe for children to play. This area is also nice if you want to be able to find a variety of jobs; however, many of the jobs to be found are minimum wage jobs that pay little, thus making it hard to be able to afford the cost of living here.
