Internal Sexual Harassment "investigation" = cover up!

If you like sexual harassment from teachers, it's a great place. As of 3/11/2020, ERCLC Board sent out a letter to parents saying they investigated over a dozen complaints about a teacher sexually harassing students. The Board did an "internal" investigation and reprimanded the teacher (to the disgust of the parents of the students - except one parent of a student-victim who apparently thinks it was okay?). After that Board meeting, every single one of the Board Members resigned. That's ERCLC in a nutshell. Did they report it to law enforcement? No. Did they fire the teacher? No. They confidentially "resigned" the principal with a severance package and said, let's just keep it all quiet. I admit they offer great programs. Many of the parents are good people. Most of the teachers are good people and well intentioned. But, there is just a line that should be drawn. You don't hear reports of how a teacher asked, "would you rather be naked... ," ie - typical pedophile grooming behavior, and say, "let's protect the school." You. Just. Don't.
