We have a decently low crime rate and cost of living can be kind of high dependent on area of choice, space size, and other considerations. Although housing options aren’t always great our employment opportunities are way above average, but the weather can be extremely cruel during the winter season.

If you’re looking for a location with vast amounts of employment opportunity and a seriously low crime rate then living in Vadnais Heights is for you. The amenities that come with housing are incredible and you have your choice of so many reliable options. Local restaurants, pubs, cafes and smaller chain restaurants make our area very liveable and sustainable in terms of holding business meetings, entertaining visiting friends and family, and finding a spot to have to yourself. Meeting new people and making new friends is far and inbetween because there’s so few of us you’ll be friends with everybody within your first week. Read Less
