North Torrance is a simple middle class Southern California neighborhood that was very typical all over the region in the 50’s -70’s, with nicely maintained simple homes, basic shopping, schools, churches, a regional park to the north and a very good community college nearby. ...Read More
The homes aren’t fancy, but at 500 to 800k they are actually reasonable for a good area not far from the ocean. With the 405 Freeway running through it and public transportation very available and low crime this beautiful place to call home will only get better since the neighborhoods to the west and south costing in the 900k to 1m+ range this area will only get more attention and value as the years go by. Buy a home here and fix it up before others do it and it just costs you more. This is the story of Southern California!
