The next area to be “found out” User Rating 4 rating By Anonymous ( Sep 15, 2019) North Torrance is a simple middle class Southern California neighborhood that was very typical all over the region in the 50’s -70’s, with nicely maintained simple homes, basic shopping, schools, churches, a regional park to the north and a very good community college nearby. ...Read More The homes aren’t fancy, but at 500 to 800k they are actually reasonable for a good area not far from the ocean.
