The Ratings Are Correct 3 rating By Anonymous ( Jul 11, 2019) As a Colorado native, I have lived in many cities in Colorado. It's true that the Pinery is beautiful with rolling hills, trees and walking paths and it's very safe. However, there is not much entertainment or cultural variety here. The Pinery: A Great Place for Retirement 3.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 28, 2018) My wife and I are enjoying our retirement in the quiet community of The Pinery. Living in The Pinery, Colorado keeps us close to family in Denver, but also provides us a home in a quieter location. It is the best of both worlds, the city of Denver close by, while also having tons ...Read More of wildlife in our backyard.

The best areas in The Pinery, Colorado include the parks, lakes, and the forested areas in which you can relax and spend leisurely time in. It is nice to have recreational areas to take our grandchildren to visit when they are here to see us. Take a book and put on your hiking boots and find you a nice quiet spot to spend a few hours of bliss in.

You just can’t go wrong living here. While the community directly does not have the stores or restaurants that you need, you are close enough to Denver to easily make a trip a week to get the basics or more if you desire. I am so glad the we get to spend the rest of our days here in The Pinery. Read Less
