Highest acclaim to Palma Ceia West Neighborhood Association for informative relevant posts despite having to deal with infamous residents like Helen Maseda on W San Carlos St. As an engineer at Tampa Electric (TECO), with her sadistic and condescending attitude she was responsible for diminishing or ruining the careers of no less than 5 (five) consecutive interns - 4 co-op (alternating work/study) student interns and an EIT (engineer in training - recent bachelor degree graduate engineer). All 5 only lasted one term of a few months and didn't return - some to different areas within TECO and many having left the field of engineering entirely. Normally less than 10% of interns don't return to their job position in the co-op work/study rotation. So the odds of 5 consecutive engineers not returning is 10%X10%X10%X10%X10% or .00001 - one in 100,000! Worst yet in many cases Helen enlisted the help of her production office thugs to lay blame on the interns to deflect responsibility for her insecurity, condescending innuendos, and threats which included dogging the interns even after they left TECO! Now with internet reviews, sadists like Helen can no longer hide without being held accountable!
