Another scary coal region town.

Tamaqua is another declining coal region town. There is Always plenty of arrests in the local paper that involve drugs and alcohol.

Amenities ranking as a B plus is baffling as there is not a mall near here and all the ones within 25miles are falling apart. The resturants and bars are pretty average here. nothing great. The baseball fields and youth fields are not the best here as well. I would rank Tamaqua probably a 25 at least its closer to the Poconos and Allentown.
