Finally Reached the Top of the Mountain! 4.5 rating By Anonymous ( May 10, 2018) When people discover I moved to Summit, New Jersey, they assume I am near the top or the highest point in the Garden State. The truth is that Summit is right in the center of the Garden State, yet I can be in Manhattan, Atlantic City, or Philadelphia, in a little over an hour. I ...Read More love everything about living in Summit, especially being so close to the best shopping in the country.

If you love eating out, you will never run out of places here in Summit. The best areas in Summit include Italian restaurants, Mexican restaurants, and Jersey food like pork roll and egg on a kaiser roll or hoagies.

When I want to have fun and spoil myself, I can see a Broadway show, take in a concert at Met Life Stadium, or head to Atlantic City or Mohegan Sun and gamble. The boardwalks along the Jersey Shore are an inexpensive way to get my fill of funnel cakes, sausage and pepper sandwiches, or fried Oreo cookies too. Read Less
