Other than the obvious, Steubenville can be a really lovely place to live as long as you can get past the headache of potential robbery. We do have the Franciscan University Of Steubenvill and the students tend to always have something going on for residents to be a part of. I know that the homes on Lincoln Avenue to 7 Creeks can be immaculate.

If you feel like checking out an easy going town, with close proximity to a river and a university then Steubenville is the place for you. Keep in mind that the job market isn't that great, although education here is definitely a plus. Read Less
