Quiet safe town and famous Dairy Queen! User Rating 4 rating By Anonymous ( Apr 08, 2019) This town is very quiet in the Fall,Winter and Spring but is busseling in the Summer with Lake Minnewaska. 13th biggest lake in the state.Walleye heaven! Town is very quiet at night except for the Dairy Queen, which is always busy! It has been family operated since 1956. The DQ h ...Read More as been preserved in its original design with the large neon cone still shining bright! The place even won WCCO's award for best ice cream in Mn. Was also visited by Jason Davis! It also was rated as #34 for the best neon sin in Mn. The lake and DQ are worth the visit! Read Less
