St Anthony Village MN - Vastly Overpriced, little upside.

Overpriced housing, only average schools, weak city governance, lack of diversity.
These combine to make any of St Anthony's seven sought after neighborhoods a questionable choice.

There are far better options that offer real value . Look elsewhere.
I do like the area for getting around town easily.
