Only if you want to live in a police state 0.5 rating By Lauren123 ( Sep 09, 2014) First, let me say that Missouri is the unfriendliest place I have ever experienced. I can't come up with one single positive interaction in a restaurant or hotel. The worst, though, was the town of St. Ann on the outskirts of St. Louis. We were pulled over on the interstate an ...Read More d issued a $275 speeding ticket for an unposted speed limit in an unposted speed zone without the cop ever saying a word. We've since googled "St. Ann, MO" (try it!) and discovered that "police department" and "traffic ticket" are the top suggested searches. Apparently the town makes it money on speeding tickets, not an appealing business district. Avoid if you can. Read Less
